—THE PROCESS

From first conversation to a full fridge.

Every week, I build a custom menu around your tastes, dietary needs, and health goals—then shop for every ingredient, cook it fresh in your kitchen, portion and label it, and leave your kitchen exactly as I found it. I personally handle the planning, the shopping, the cooking, and the cleanup. You handle nothing.

01 - Tell me how you eat

Fill out a short form—a handful of questions covering your household size, health goals, dietary preferences, and where you are in your decision. I use every answer to prepare for our consultation call.

  • How many people you’re feeding

  • Your primary health or lifestyle goals

  • How many meals a week you want covered

  • Any dietary restrictions or preferences

02 - We talk it through

A short, no-pressure call to go over the right package for your household, answer your questions, and lock in a short date. This is also when we’ll go over how grocery payment works— you’ll set me up with card access ahead of time so shopping day is seamless.

03 - I build your menu

Within a few days of our call, I put together a full weekly menu based on everything you shared. You’ll see it before anything is shopped or cooked, so you can flag anything before it’s final.

04 - Cook day

On your scheduled day, I shop using your card, cook everything fresh in your kitchen, portion it, label it, and clean up completely before I leave. Most sessions run a few hours, depending on your package size and kitchen setup.

—WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Not a rotating roster. One chef, one standard.

Every detail of how this works is designed to take the decision-making off your plate entirely. I personally handle the menu planning, the shopping, the cooking, and the feedback loop—you only ever interface with the food.

We don’t match you, like any agency. It’s just me, which means consistent quality, consistent communication, and a menu that actually get better the longer we work together—because I’m the one learning your preferences, every single week.

Every menu personally planned by Jennifer.

As a Private chef I work closely with you to design personalized menus based on their preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional goals. Zero Grocery markup

I’ll handle all the grocery shopping and 100% organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Your card is charged exactly what I pay at checkout. Nothing added on top, ever.

I’ll arrive at the your home at a designated time to prepare the meals. I’ll skillfully and efficiently cook each dish according to the agreed-upon menu. Menus evolve with your preferences. I learn exactly how you like things, week over week.

Jennifer is the dedicated chef — not a rotating team

Kitchen clean-up

After the meal preparation is complete, I’ll clean up the kitchen area, leaving it tidy and organized. I’ll package the prepared meals, ensuring that they are properly labeled and stored for easy reheating and consumption and leave kitchen sparkling clean.

You have questions? I have answers.

How long does the service day take?

1

Depending on your package size, complexity of menu, could be anywhere from 4-6 hours.

Why do you need my credit card?

2

Our process involves gathering your credit card details through a secure form, allowing us to make secure payments for your groceries at the store and services through Stripe. This streamlined approach eliminates the need for invoicing, ensuring that the current week's transactions are swiftly settled, and allowing you to plan the upcoming week without the burden of unpaid invoices. Your credit card statement will reflect separate entries for grocery and service charges. Additionally, you'll receive a paper receipt from the grocery store and an electronic receipt via email from Stripe for services rendered.

Can I have a trial before committing monthly?

3

Yes. Every package is available as a one-time trial at a slightly higher rate. Most clients start with a trial and move to monthly after their first service.

Do I need to be home on service day?

4

No. Most of our clients are out of the home working or doing whatever they love while we are in their home cooking. If you’d prefer to be present your first service day, that’s completely fine too.
